Young Quicks

Young Quicks is a rapper from Oxnard, CA. The first time I remember seeing him was performing for the entrance of boxer "Bam Bam" Brandon Rios before one of his fights. Today, he still performs at various venues and does a whole lot of community work to help his local people in Ventura County. He spends most of his time speaking at schools or doing toy and food drives around the county. Quicks has used his gift of rap, to become a gift himself to the city of Oxnard. It's always a fun time talking to residents of my hometown, and I'm glad he came on to tell us why he does what he does. A big cheers to Young Quicks for being a positive figure in the 805!
